Meet Tali Swart

I have always been passionate about exercise myself and love sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with others. In my early 40s I decided to take the next step and become a Personal Trainer and I qualified under the auspices of Central YMCA Qualifications (CYQ) , the UK's leading body for health, fitness and wellbeing. Recently, after suffering lower back pain, I discovered Pilates and I'm a huge fan. I could instantly see how this would benefit my students, strengthening core muscles and improving their posture, so I've now become a qualified Pilates instructor as well.

I have my own gym - TaliStudio - in East Barnet, Hertfordshire, where I train private students and I also hold weekly classes throughout the Barnet area. As well as helping my students get fit, I use my knowledge of nutrition and weight management to promote an all-round healthier lifestyle.

Whatever level my students are at - from complete beginners through to fitness enthusiasts - I create a bespoke training course that is tailored to their individual needs and goals. I love the challenge and reward of practicing fitness training and Pilates. I am highly dedicated, motivated and passionate about seeing positive results and, with my help, you can finally achieve your fitness goals.

I am currently teaching at LA Fitness, Enfield Community Chase and Oxygen Fit Gym.
